These cool days of August are certainly appreciated. It’s hard to believe that last summer at this time we were suffering through 100-plus degree heat! Hopefully, it will last a bit longer. We are in desperate need of rain, but with irrigation the fall crops are coming along. We are glad to be able to offer you more greens this week.
Just a reminder that next week will be your opportunity to order chicken from the Wiediger’s of Au Naturel Farm in Kentucky. We are doing it a little differently, in that you will place your order and pick it up in the same week (just when we had you all trained!). So, when you place your order next Sunday, the 24th, you will pick it up on Wednesday, the 27th. Hopefully, that will be easier for everybody.
We also want to remind you that we guarantee our produce. If you are not satisfied in some way, please let us know, and we will either replace the item or refund your money. We really do appreciate your feedback.
